Financial questions that need an answer

I have an online brokerage and Checking statement through E-Trade Financial i recently went on a business trip to Indiana from Florida and E Trade saw this as outside of my normal activity and froze my brokerage acount. I had to call them and answer a series of security questions and they said they couldnt unlock my statement until they investigated into it. Well i they unsuccessful to inform me that my Checking statement was frozen and they then went on to return all of my Checks written off my checking statement since i have had about 500.00 dollars in fee’s from the incident and they arent willing to refund any of them. I have my lawyer contacting them should i try to get them for more than just the fee’s i have been charged from numerous merchants and get some mental anguish money outta their imperfectness company.

And yes i know alot of yall are going to say why are Trading thru Etrade and not Scott trade.
