Financial questions that need an answer

! year ago my ex daughter in law signed her study to a house which was for me. I paid the down payment and closing cost. At the time i was not working and needed a home. I had funds for a house, but not a job for qualifying. It was understood that this was my house. We tried to get it in both our obloquy but since i was not working it was not allowed. I do have papers stating that the property was originally tried in both our names. The problem now is her and my son have sinced gone their seperate ways. She wanted the house back and since it was in her name, she took it. I had to move out, I had been living at the house for 1yr to the date. My question is: Can i get back my money that i have vested in the house, which is around 5000, even though the house legally is in her name,
