Financial questions that need an answer

I found out that i may have to have a health care agent live with me in multifamily hud housing since i am going to be disabled.

My question is this, does that health care agent get added to my lease, what is the rent based on (just my income or hers and mine together) and what if she has court custody of her grandchildren (what size apt will they provide)?

I have been to hud.gov and can’t find any information there.
i had someone who told me to go to hudclips and look for article 431 but haven’t had any luck with that either.

any help or information would be appreciated.
