Open Question: Is this true? Tri-level home, can not include lower level space in living space square foot total.?
That is what my appraiser states-considers it a basement-lowering my appraisal $34,000 due to different multiplier for basement space vs. living space. It is finished, always was, only 3 feet under grade.
