Financial questions that need an answer

We’ve heard that the Myers Park and Dilworth neighborhoods in Charlotte are REALLY family friendly, innocuous and a great place to invest in Charlotte real estate. The only national real estate company that we’ve dealt with in the past is Coldwell Banker Real Estate. We’re not interested in a “McMansion” or any other huge house, maybe a 1,800 - 2,000 sq. ft. home that is close to the best schools, parks and convenient to the major interstates…. Any suggestions, ideas or advice would greatly be appreciated!
