Financial questions that need an answer

I wasn’t sure where to post this one.. so it’s here and over in the individualized finance section, too.

How would one go about filing a complaint against a Bank of USA Branch Manager? I just ran into the most unprofessional one today. She was ignoring customers, making snide remarks, and just travel around in circles when there was a long line inactivity to see: her.

And is there a way to contact a branch manager’s superior regarding snowballed overdraft fees? (over $140.00 bc of an initial $3.87)
