Financial questions that need an answer

1. Northwest emerged from Bankruptcy endorsement in May 2007, and began open stock trading. I realize that they have published their 2007 10k report, but I was wondering if anyone had any information on their annual report to the shareholders, and whether they are required to submit it as a separate document.

2. What are some characteristics of the NWA’s corporate culture that I can look up? For instance their hiring policies, grapevine connections, employee culture/relations, etc.
