Open Question: According to Canadian tax laws, am I bankrupt?

I have been having trouble filing my Canadian income tax online. Here’s my situation:

My mom died in 2006, I inherited 110,000$. In Quebec, there is no inheritance tax, so I didn’t owe tax on this.

I quit my job in 2006 to take care of my mom (she was invalided by cancer), so I prefabricated almost no money. Total income was around 7,000$ from unemployment insurance. This is how much I declared in 2007 for the 2006 tax year.

In 2007, things changed. I got married to a Korean. She is now inactivity for her immigration papers in Quebec. We also bought a condo with my inheritance money. But for all of 2007, I didn’t have a job and lived solely on my inheritance and my girlfriend’s money. I place down 2,000$ as my only income for 2007 (GIC interest).

Am I considered “bankrupt”? I am being prevented from sending my income taxes online because of this! Also, the tax files don’t ask if my wife’s an immigrant and asks for her social insurance number. She doesn’t have one! Help, taxes are due!
