Financial questions that need an answer

I am due to recieve around $800 after filing my taxes, its the first time i have ever filed taxes, just curious when people usually recieve the rebate??
MD, I did mine in Feb also, havnt recieved check yet, is there a number to call or something to see what is going on

1. I pulled some money out of my 401 (k) before retirement and forgot to add it to my return.

A mortal sold a property in Chile, and at a loss. He is US resident on green card. He is thinking of transferring the proceeds from Chile into the US.

I just went through a divorce.. we sold our house that is in Virginia and prefabricated a profit of $50K each, Do I need to report this to the the IRS.. according to the web site below i do not but am not 100% sure..
