Open Question: How do people afford housing in California?
My family just moved here and to tell you the truth, the only way we can is with military housing. We own a house in river with 32 acres and paid around $34K. It doesn’t seem you can touch anything here for less than $400K. It’s crazy! True, consequence are about 2X higher here, but the housing market is 10X higher, or more. What’s the trick to affording a home?
