Open Question: Is it a renter’s right to do a final walk through if requested in order to receive refund of deposit?
My roommate and I have a difficult landlord she has been pretty much unprofessional and reluctant to fix things while we have lived here and given us nothing but a negative attitude when we have had issues. It has come to her not renewing our lease. We are concerned about our deposit refund and have requested a final achievement through although she has not returned our call yet. Is she required to do this for us? Thank you
