Financial questions that need an answer

Right now I’m an administrative assistant doing municipal planning. I love being organized, almost to the point that I’m anal. However, I would like something more physical. Whether it’s outdoors, or just not sitting at a desk all day. I’m very smart, and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in IT. I just don’t love the IT opportunties out there. I’m willing to get a masters or additional training for something new. I tend to rather work by myself than work with others. I could even deal with not talking to anyone all day. Can you help me brainstorm? I’d like to acquire over $50K a year.
