Financial questions that need an answer

Ok, the deal is that I need to rent an apartment to go to school next year. I have quite a bit of financial aid left over from tuition and stuff and with the apartment I’m looking at, I have about 7-8 months worth of rent, including all utilities. I don’t have a job right now, but I have an interview next week and am pretty much a lock to get the job. The question is, do you think someone would grant me a lease without me having a job currently, with my financial aid?
