Open Question: How do I process W-2 Tax return when I’m outside of the country(u.s.)?
I’m going back to Nihon in this months.
I’ve worked this year(2008) for about 7months.
I’m not a citizen nor resident of United States.
Am I eligible to get tax return in 2009?
In that case, should I tell the company HR my foreign address?
