Open Question: In Oregon, are refrigerators required to be part of the rental when getting an apartment?
I am about to move into a place that showed a refrigerator as part of the apartment rental, and now that we are about to sign the lease however we were just informed the refrigerator is not part of the rental and we would be required to furnish our own. I have lived in many many apartments and refrigerators were standard. Are landlords required to furnish their rental apartments with standard refrigerators and other normal appliances?
