Financial questions that need an answer

Ok, here is the scenario
Husband and my lived in a town for 5 years, bought house, had a job paying 58k..we did not like the town and needed to get away from family(dysfunctional) so we moved 6 hours away, bought a home,(our other one is still for understanding currently) and started a mobile business….and our son was born
We started the business in May…we are selling out right now..lost about 30k over the whole deal

Now we called his old boss and he has 2 job openings for him at the job we left before we moved..problem is they are both 6 hours away from us..one is pretty lcose to where we used to live..the other is another 6 hours away from family…one pays 60k and the other pays 35k but he has the potential at that one to become a store manager and make salary instead of commission

So move right? well that is the problem. Between the new business imperfectness and our house not selling we have decent credit but debt to income ratio is awful. of course as no money vs 6500 a month in bills obviously does not cut it…so we cannot move as we cannot get a loan….
So rent, right? Well there is a problem there to…we have spent endless hours trying to get someone to rent to us. We have rescue pit bull dogs and a horse and no one will rent to us…
We have spent endless hours stressing over this. My husbands eyes are bloodshot red all the time. We cannot sleep. We dont know what to do. We are trying so hard to make it. And both of the homes are mobile homes under 30k so it is not like we are living it up by any means. Heck, we only have one vehicle.

Anyway, can someone please give me advice? Should we move or stay here? The jobs around here are about 12.00 an hour max and we cannot make it on that kind of money much less get ahead. help!
