Financial questions that need an answer

So I had an interview for a job I am highly eligible for. After, I sent I formal thank you letter. By the way- this is an invitation and stationary place. The district manager called me and we set up a second interview, but then he called back the same day and said to my voicemail “I just found out I will be out of town, but just call me because I would love to ask you a few questions.” Do you think I got the job? I don’t think they are doing this for any other candidates.
