Open Question: W2, once or every year for previous employees?
I wonder, Do employers send W2 for previous employees every year? or they just send W2 once for the time period previous employees had worked?

So Employers wont send W2 If someone didnt work for one year? It should be just 1 year to get W2 from an employer?
