Open Question: forclosures and back taxes, I would like to learn how to buy houses without much money down.?
I would like to learn how to buy property that has been repossessed for back taxes. Everything i look at on line requires you to join up or pay something. How do i find out about these homes near my area. Any ideas or websites i could try?
