Open Question: Is there a credit card that doesn’t charge a fee for international transactions?
I am studying abroad in Arezzo, Italy from January-June 2009. I am looking for a new credit card that doesn’t charge international transaction fees or at least has a low, low rate. Also, if there is one that has a zero-percent equilibrise transfer offer that would be great. Thanks for the assistance!
