Open Question: For the property booked 2.5 yrs ago, the rates are risen up almost triple & mostly all the money is paid.?
So is it doable for the us to charge the builder for the rates which are going near by in the city. We dont have a written agreement that he has told us that he will give us possesion in 1.5 yrs. But the flat has been registered by us. Thanks
