Financial questions that need an answer

She has proposed to develop a 1 million acre sanctuary for 30,000+ wild mustangs being held by the Bureau of Land Management in long-term facilities. The BLM plans on killing all these amazing animals, and I would love to write her a letter thanking her for trying to save the lives of all these animals, and send a donation to her fund, even though I don’t think money is an issue for her. It is the thought that counts. Anywho, I’d love to write and tell her what an amazing mortal she is for doing this!
