Open Question: Is there any forum which is filing a petition against fresh early redemption of Deep Discount Bonds by SSNNL?
I have invested in the Deep Discount Bonds that are issued by Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited (SSNNL) which are originally set to mature in the year 2014.
Recently, I received notice from the organization that they are redeeming these bonds in Jan 2009 itself.
Similar move by this organization had been shot down by Delhi high court during 2004 after SSNNL Investors’ Grievances Redressal Forum filed a petition.
I would like to know if there is a similar forum which is filing a petition against the fresh primeval redemption move.
