I have a lease with 3 roommates for 1800. Is my landlord allowed to control how much apiece of us pays? If so, how would it be written in the contract?

What does it mean when you hear a building (or an apartment I’m not sure which one exactly?) as a Classic Six? I have also heard buildings referred to as: “Pre-War” now I adopt that they are talking about World War 2 but what does that mean as far as their design?

So is it doable for the us to charge the builder for the rates which are going near by in the city. We dont have a written agreement that he has told us that he will give us possesion in 1.5 yrs. But the flat has been registered by us. Thanks

Im not sure how this works.. but
if i were to sell a house let say for 200 gs..then how soon would i get the full 200gs? Would i get it as the bank finishes the transaction? or would i get it in payments as the buyer pays it?
